This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, refunds, and returns relating to the office activity plan products offered by Sievedynis at sievedynis.world. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing to any of our products, including the Desk Break Blueprint, Team Flow Programme, and Enterprise Vitality Suite.
All office activity plans sold by Sievedynis are digital products delivered electronically. Our products consist of downloadable session guides, activity calendars, facilitator resources, printable materials, and associated support services. Because our products are digital in nature and delivered immediately upon subscription activation, standard physical return procedures do not apply. This policy explains your rights and our procedures for subscription cancellations and refund requests.
All Sievedynis activity plans operate on a rolling monthly subscription basis with no minimum contract term. You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice to contact@sievedynis.world. Cancellation requests must include your organisation name, the email address associated with your account, and the plan you wish to cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to all activity plan materials until the end of the paid period.
We require thirty days written notice for subscription cancellations. If you cancel within this notice period, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle plus any remaining days of the notice period. No further charges will be applied after the cancellation effective date.
To cancel your subscription, you may:
We will confirm your cancellation in writing within three working days of receiving your request.
Due to the digital nature of our office activity plan products, refunds are generally not available once subscription materials have been accessed or downloaded. However, we recognise that circumstances may arise where a refund is appropriate, and we assess each request on its individual merits.
If you are a consumer purchasing on behalf of yourself rather than a business, you have the right to cancel your subscription within fourteen days of the initial purchase without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by contacting contact@sievedynis.world before the fourteen-day period expires. If you have accessed or downloaded digital content during this period with your express consent and acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal, the cooling-off right may not apply.
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
You may upgrade from a lower-tier plan to a higher-tier plan at any time. When upgrading, the price difference for the remainder of the current billing period will be calculated on a pro-rata basis and charged immediately. Your new plan features become available upon payment confirmation.
You may downgrade to a lower-tier plan at any time. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You will retain access to your current plan features until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are issued for downgrades.
Sievedynis may offer a complimentary fourteen-day preview of the Desk Break Blueprint plan. Preview access is provided at no charge and does not require payment details. At the end of the preview period, access expires automatically unless you choose to subscribe. No cancellation or refund is necessary for preview access as no payment is collected.
Approved refunds are processed within fourteen working days of approval. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund and credit your account.
Upon cancellation or expiration of your subscription, your licence to use Sievedynis activity plan materials terminates. You must cease using all downloaded content and delete copies from your devices and organisational systems. Retaining or distributing our materials after cancellation constitutes a breach of our Terms of Use and may result in legal action.
If you are dissatisfied with our products or believe you are entitled to a refund that has not been granted, please contact us at contact@sievedynis.world with a detailed description of your concern. We aim to resolve all complaints within ten working days. If we cannot reach a satisfactory resolution, you may refer the matter to alternative dispute resolution services or seek redress through the courts of England and Wales as outlined in our Terms of Use.
If you are purchasing office activity plans on behalf of a business or organisation, the Consumer Contracts Regulations cooling-off period may not apply. Business customers are encouraged to use the free preview period to evaluate our products before committing to a paid subscription. Business cancellation and refund requests are handled in accordance with the terms of any separate agreement between your organisation and Sievedynis.
We reserve the right to update this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Material changes affecting active subscribers will be communicated via email at least fourteen days before taking effect. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
